Refund and Returns Policy

In case of dissatisfaction from any of our course(our primary product) , you have the liberty to cancel the course and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund is as follows:

Our policy lasts 14 days, If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If your Purchase is under 14 days, write to support@artshala.store to claim a Partial or Full refund. Once processed, the money will be returned to your original payment mode within 15-20 business working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
